One of these coloured machines from the 1950's - what has always puzzled me though is why the bordeaux paint, when it wears off, shows a layer of black. It almost seeems as though this machine was first done in black and then repainted in bordeaux - at the factory or by a dealer who thought that these coloured machines were a great idea ? In any case, original or not, the paint job was professionally done, and it is a very nice machine to work with.
